Privacy Policy

VoiceDouble (“we”, “us”) is operated by Zenius MMC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account. Your email address, used for magic-link sign-in and subscription receipts.
  • Subscription. Billing status and Stripe customer / subscription identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
  • Voice clone. The audio you record to create your cloned voice, and the resulting voice model identifier.
  • Usage. Minutes of agent speech per month, to enforce your plan quota.
  • Downloads & diagnostics. Anonymous download counts (IP is hashed, never stored in raw form) and basic app telemetry.

Meeting audio

When you enable your double in a call, the meeting’s system audio is streamed to our voice agent provider to generate replies in your cloned voice. We do not record or store meeting audio. It is processed in real time and discarded. Transcripts shown in the app are kept only in memory for the duration of the session.

Your responsibility:recording or transmitting a meeting’s audio may require the consent of other participants in your jurisdiction (some regions require all-party consent). You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before enabling your double.

How we use data

  • Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
  • Generate and play back your cloned voice.
  • Bill your subscription and enforce plan limits.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vetted third-party providers to run the service — for hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, transactional email, and voice generation. Each receives only the data needed for its function and is bound by its own data protection terms. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at [email protected].

Retention

Account, subscription, and voice-clone records are kept while your account is active. Delete your account or email [email protected] to request erasure; we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must retain billing records for legal/accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected]and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced by email.
