Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VoiceDouble, operated by Zenius MMC. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

VoiceDouble is a macOS app that listens to your meeting audio and answers in a clone of your voice through a virtual microphone, under your control via push-to-talk. It requires an active subscription and a supported macOS version (14.2+).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoiceDouble to:

• Impersonate another person, or clone a voice that is not your own without that person’s explicit permission.
• Deceive, defraud, or mislead others, or commit any unlawful act.
• Record or transmit meeting audio without the consent required in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its underlying providers.

You are solely responsible for how you use your double and for complying with the rules of any meeting platform and applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly quota of agent-speech minutes. Usage resets at the start of each billing month.
• Cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues through the end of the current period. Full refund within 14 days of purchase — email [email protected].

Your content

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and cloned voice. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you have the right to clone the voice you upload.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated speech can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing what your double says. We don’t guarantee the agent will represent you correctly in any given exchange.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenius MMC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome arising from your double’s participation in a meeting. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
